Scout Camp 2010

I just returned from my 5th scout camp in a row! This year we went to Camp Geronimo with 18 boys and numerous leaders & dads throughout the week. Fortunately, we returned with everyone we left with.





Each year ends with many experiences to reflect on. Here are some highlights:

- one cut finger glued back together
- one spontaneous bloody nose
- one bloody nose from a horseshoe
- one tent carved up by a pocket knife
- one hit another with a flashlight
- one got in trouble for teasing someone in another troop
- one day I had to come home for a board meeting, trade show, & banquet
- one garbage bag pulled out of the latrine
- one boy returned home for a family vacation
- one boy returned mid-week by mistake
- one lost Big G award

These are great times to remember. We'll be talking about these experiences for many years to come.
